Checkpoint with Stanley Baker, Anthony Steel and James Robertson Justice is based around Goodwood and then transfers to Italy, with footage from (I believe) the Mille Miglia.
They make use of an Aston Martin racer, probably a DB3S. This type of car also appeared in School for Scoundrels, as driven by Terry-Thomas as a Bellini.
For a bit of Brooklands action there is Will Hay's Ask a Policeman.

I'm sure that they'll be more added by the team.

Is that just motor car racing films you're looking for?
What about motor bikes? There have been a few films about or featuring (motorcycle) speedway racing. Like ...
Money for Speed (1933)
Once a Jolly Swagman (1949)
and some British wartime or just post-war thing that I can't recall the name of that featured ice-speedway

I am tempted to say 'Grand Prix' simply because it has Jack Watson in it.
