Default The Boy Who Turned Yellow

Hello

If anybody has a copy of this Powell/Pressburger film that they are willing to sell then I would be extraordinarily grateful. I haven't seen it in around 30 years and miss it terribly.

Many thanks,

James

Hello James,
It was one of the few Children's Film Foundation titles that was released on video and they do turn up for sale on eBay occasionally.

Sadly I don't have the facilities for copying tapes at the moment.

I have a good tape of this short film and can make you a duplicate.

Isn't this to stop 'bots' picking up true e-mail addresses for spamming?

Yes, which is why I've just edited her address in David's message.

Thanks, Steve. Much appreciated. Adding a final 's' or the words 'no spam' within the address, does really keep the spammers at bay.

My apologies. I understand the situation now.

THE BOY WHO TURNED YELLOW will be available to view free of charge at the new BFI Mediatheque - opening March 2007. The film will form part of LONDON CALLING - a 100-title collection of films and television programmes about, and set in, London.

Further information available shortly at BFI | Home

Sounds good. I can't see any details about the London Calling programme yet, just mention of its name in a few places. But I'll keep an eye on it.
