There's the offer of a copy in an earlier thread HERE.

Curse of the Demon is the title of the edited version - the farmhouse scene is cut i believe.

Terrific film. thumbs_u

If you have an all-region (PAL/NTSC) DVD player go to www.amazon.com. The US/Canadian DVD of Night of The Demon includes both the edited and unedited versions right on the same disc. I have it ... a very nice print. Great to see this wonderful chiller in such a crisp version.

I have been a fan of this fine movie since a child and would youn 'Adam and Eve it? , its a British movie thats only available on region 1 and to make matters worse the DVD has both the Amoerican and British versions . So in short can some one help ?, i resent having to purchase a multi region DVD when this should have been released on Region 2 .

This movie was recently shown on a French satellite channel and I recorded it on DVD. The print is excellent and is the complete British version. I can send you a "clone" of this, the only problem, it's in English of course, but has superimposed French subtitles. I can send you a "screen capture" of this DVD (with a subtitle) and you'll juge by yourself...

I don't see where is the problem... Any DVD, from every part of the world, can be "read" by the same machine, once you have tranformed it into a "multi-regions" device. It takes no more than 30 seconds and in fact, in this country, when you buy a DVD reader, you also got a notice explaining the method. It's very simple to make...
