Does anyone have a copy of "Home At Seven" with Ralph Richardson? Have plenty to trade!

    Thanks!

I have it, too, though I suppose it might prove more expeditious to trade with the other member, as my PAL copy would have to travel across the pond.

Also, it's been AGES since I've updated my film list!

Having had this film, whose title I had forgotten, speedily identified by Captain Waggett, I am anxious to get hold of a copy, but it doesn't appear to have been issued as a DVD. Amazon is showing an unavailable VHS version from the US but that's not a lot if use. Does anyone have a copy? - I know it has been on television in the distant past as that's where I would have seen it.

Saw it years ago - a bit like TV and not very filmic. The cast are compelling enough and the Richardson part was the last that Arthur Lowe played.

Some of the dialogue is so antiquated you couldn't get away with it now - 'Your husband remembers feeling a little queer at Canon Street Station'

There's a line in A Matter of Life and Death where Peter (David Niven) says "My head feels a bit queer". That sometimes gets a little laugh (a light titter) from some members of modern audiences - even though it's in quite a dramatic/romantic scene when Peter and June (Kim Hunter) have just met on the beach
