Just watched Christopher Lee as Mycroft Holmes in
'The Private Life of Sherlock Holmes' opposite the wonderful Robert Stevens.
I also have
'Horror Express' on order, which has his famous partner-in-horror, the late Peter Cushing.
He also has a cameo in
'Sleepy Hollow' as filmed by Tim Burton (he's due to act for Burton again in
'Sweeney Todd' and has done so a couple of other times, if you include his voice work on
'The Corpse Bride' (which probably is not of interest to you) and
'Charlie and the Chocolate Factory'.
I only mention these Tim Burton movies because they might not be thought of. I realise they might not be of much interest, being little more than cameos.
I should imagine movies like
'The Wicker Man' (Original version) don't need mentioning. Neither do certain
'Lord of the Rings' or
'Star Wars' prequels...
'Gremlins 2' is not his finest hour... and I never wish to watch the
'Greyfriars Bobby' remake again.
I haven't thought it necessary to mention his Hammer Horror work.
He did a number of popular Fu Manchu movies which may be of interest to you.
As for a collation of his movies, check out his IMDb which is vastly more useful that what I've just written...
