I understood from previous posts that this Boulting brothers title was due to have a DVD release on 4th June. However there is no sign of it. Anyone know what has happened?

Wish I knew. I have it on pre-order from Blah and all they show is "Awaiting Stock" ... they give no indication as to when they now expect it.

Amazon now list "This title no longer available" and other shopping sites have no listing at all. It appears to be still-born. I guess we can only hope they'll release it at a later date.
