Its available region 1 here... http://www.play.com/DVD/Region_1/4-/122751/Bartleby/Product.html

That will be better quality than a DVDr pirate.

Thank you! I can only play region 2 at the moment. Does any one know if it's possible to convert a Sony recorder or a Panasonic player to multi region. How would I go about doing this?

Google the make/model of your player in speech marks with "hack" and see what results you get.

That's the only version I've ever seen. I really like Crispin Glover, but in many movies his strengths are under used and he ends up either being cast wrongly, or in small parts.

For me, Crispin Glover's finest hour was in the remake 'Willard' which is a fantastic movie. Its failure to make an impact was down to an unsuitable publicity campaign by a studio which doesn't appear to have known quite what to do with the movie. (The same almost happened to 'The Omen' but disaster was averted in that case).

He's playing Grendel in an animated version of 'Beowulf' coming out soon from Robert Zemekis.

Since this is a British movie forum... I better make note that Crispin's father played Mr Wint in the Bond movie 'Diamonds Are Forever'.

Sean Connery sent him flying into the sea with a 'Bombe Surprise' between his legs.

He wore strong aftershave and didn't know his clarets

Now that you have pointed it out I can see the resemblance ...

... Bruce was excellent in Chinatown as well. I haven't seen Crispin in Willard but I liked the original.

The resemblance is ever stronger these days...

The Crispin Glover version of 'Willard' is absolutely fantastic... and Crispin Glover singing 'Ben' on a video (a DVD extra) is a weird experience... but I rather like his version of the song.
