Paul, do you have a multi-region player? I have recently bought the Region 1 DVD of this film and it is a superb print and transfer. I wouldn't bother waiting for a Region 2 release if I were you. (This DVD release had an excellent review in Sight & Sound a few months back).

Yes, totaly agree, its incredibly sharp with sumptious saturated colour, a very good DVD.
