Default The Scarlet Thread 1951

This film was shown the other day on BBC2; superb location shots of London and Cambridge. I wonder if anyone else watching it suspects it may have been cut. The ending was an anti climax with no police chase of the two villains (as mentioned in David Quinlan's book) and the running time was only 75 minutes. This is a very good film and I wonder if anyone has a copy of the full legnth feature - assuming it exists. I'd love to see it, pay or trade.

With thanks

Shaun

There was a fair bit of debate about this film last week when it was shown. If you use the search option you should be able to view the postings. With regard to a print of the film, no one who contributed to the debateappeared to have a copy other tha nthe one broadcast last week, but, you never know.

Bats.

I'm the cutest bottom judge!
