STRAWBERRY ROAN

and any Chidren's Film Foundation productiond from forties and fifties.

NETWORK have issued some of these on UK DVD (to buy or rent...)

Well if you mean
THE FARMER'S WIFE, silent film by Alfred Hitchcock from 1928 then this has been available on region:0 NTSC DVD in the U.S by Laserlight for around 7 years. Its only a few Dollars and with the exchange rate been so good you will be almost steeling it if you order it on Amazon.com

It's available for example for research purpose.
Besides this is quite expensive, you're not allowed to let it circulate.
Anyway, I can tell you that the original by Alfred Hitchcock is definitely much better.
