hi guys joined today great site. in the late eighties there was a chef program made by marco, in his resturaunt harveys in wandsworth london. i think the interviewer was janice robinson. it was on every week and it was a documentry style program.i cant remember the name it may have been simply marco. a book followed the program called white heat.it may have been shown on carlton or granada?.id be very gratefull if anyone has any information on this program, thanks a lot joseph.
