Default Pendas Fen - BBC TV play .

This is a shot in the dark.......BBC TV' Play For Today' called 'Bendas Fen' written by David Redkin and broadcast in the late 1960's. Any info greatly appreciated !

SORRY ......The play was called PENDA'S FEN by DAVID RUDKIN and was broadcast in 1974 . Anyone ?

Yes I have that film.Starred Spencer Banks from 70s series Timeslip, I think the Fen was near Leeds.D

This was much talked about after it was first shown. It is very enigmatic and there is much in the play that is left to your own interpretation.

Pretty unforgetable though. I last saw it aired on TV in 1990.


Ah Yes, the Soviet Union. All them wheatfields and ballet in the evenings
