Hi Dave - I have this show on DVD featuring Kathy:

Christmas Night With The Stars (BBC 1964) Jack Warner introduces The Likely Lads, Terry Scott & Hugh Lloyd, Benny Hill,*Dick Emery, Richard Briers & Prunella Scales, The Barron Knights, Kathy Kirby, Andy Stewart and The Billy Cotton Band Show. No timecode.
