Default Still Game

I meant to record last night's one-off of this delightful Scots sit-com, but my partner insisted on MEET THE FOCKERS, whereupon I lost the will to live and forgot STILL GAME. There will be a New Year edition, too, at the start of Jan. Help please. Masses to trade or will buy. Thank you, Aphra

Why don't you watch it on the BBC i player? Apparently, if you are in the uk, you can watch all the programmes from the last 7 days.

BBC - BBC iPlayer - Home

good luck

Would that I could! I am well aware of this facility, but sadly (well, not really as I love it) I use a Mac, and neither Channel 4 nor the BBC have yet got their act together so that Mac users can access their services. Did you by any chance record it?

Aphra - you could use Boot Camp on your Mac, which would enable you to access the iplayer

Again, would that I could, but my Mac is the last of the G4 PowerBooks, and is not Intel-based! Otherwise a brilliant machine.

Excellent CatchUp tip. However, I knew it would only be a matter of time before somebody suggested I get a PC! Thanks all the same.

Hi

I have the BBC iPlayer working on my iBook G4 running MAC OSX10.4.11 with no problems - don't take a backward step in buying a PC as suggested elsewhere - the very idea!

I can also provide you with a dvd-r copy of Still Game.

regards

ianjh

Unfortunately, of all the programmes that are on there, Still Game isn't one of them! It is, though, on TVCatchup - thanks.

Starry x.

Thanks so much for the info, I am now full of hope. And thanks for saying you could do me a copy of STILL GAME; in fact, a disc is winging its way down to me from Scotland from another kind board member as I type this, but I am very grateful for your offer.

As for buying a PC - as you say, perish the thought!

Best for 2008, Aphra
