Default Washes Whiter

I don't suppose anyone has this series on DVD? I had saved it on my PVR but it went t*ts up this morning and I've lost all my recordings.

Cheers

tellingbone.

Never heard of it! Sounds like a commercial for Omo!

I am already up for doing another member a set of these and it will be easy enough to do another one at the same time. I hope to get chance to do this on Sunday, so drop me a PM.

It's actually a fascinating series about British advertising, with lots of retro ads - albeit some of them overdubbed with documentary speak, but interesting nonetheless.

The Hard Sell was a similarly interesting series on BBC 4 just prior to the Washes Whiter repeat. It was strange to see the same people in HS (a new series) some years after they had contributed to WW in about 1990...

I thoroughly enjoyed the 5 part Washes Whiter series on BBC4. Very entertaining and nostalgic. Great to see some long forgotten TV ads.
