Just to throw my line in the water for other collectors who have got in touch, my collection of Trade Test Colour Films now include: "The Home Made Car", next week I should have "Tide Of Traffic", "Vanishing Coast" and "Beauty In Trust" direct from BP.
I've always been interested in seeing The Home Made Car, simply because it has music by Ron Grainer.

On a similar line, does anybody know a short film John Barry scored for BP called "Mulroonia"? It was in 1964, but that's all the information I have.

My heart just missed several beats seeing this list.
I've wanted to see these films again for YEARS! and have searched the web for tangible signs of their existence, and here I am!
I'm in Australia now, but none the less, if it's not too much trouble, I'm really keen to get copies of any/all of these.
I'm not sure of the exact protocol in regard to asking for copies of things but please let me know if you can help..
best regards

Hi,

I'm now short of just two trade test films; 'Divertimento' and 'The Grass Growers'. If anyone is willing to do a trade for these two films then please get in touch!

Thanks in advance

Hi

I recently acquired these.

Do you have a list of the TT films you have so that perhaps we can arrange a trade?

I noticed your post. I have a collection of over fifty, could you send a list of yours? Maybe there is a trade we could do...

Default trade test transmissions

Hi all
new to this forum.
I am a keen boat man and am looking to buy copies of some very old trade test transmissions I can remember from my younger days. The ones I am after are:
Ride the white horses
Powerboat 66
The small propeller

I would love to get hold of copies on DVD if this possible.

Any info as to where I might get these would be great.

I thank you all in anticipation

Kind regards
John

PS Great site

I'd also love some of those old trade test things, if you have any you'd be willing to sell (I'd say trade, but my collection of old TV is pitifully small) then please get in touch.
