Does anybody have a copy of this film?

Directed by Alan Dossor and starring Keith Allen. Basing on the true story of the british murderer Dr. William Palmer.

The DVD is only available in the States in code 1 which I can't view.

No, there isn't, but if somebody has a code 1 DVD and is able to copy this then the copy is codefree.

I would very much like to obtain copies of this film series which was screened not too many years back on TV - I can't recall which channel. Keith Allen plays the lead role.
Any help would be appreciated.
