Alma lived in this Apartment block in Kensington High Street, apparently The Beatles were regular visitors to Alma's Showbiz Parties!

Not sure who wrote but I recall early 90's there was a lot of fuss and furore about a book that was published that had a picture of Alma and Myra Hindley on the front cover, Alma's Sister (Actress Sandra Caron) was very upset by this.......so was I, how can anyone put a vision of bubbliness and loveliness next to a vision of Evil.......

Alma is buried in Bushey Jewish Cemetary, close to the large town of Watford, Hertfordshire......

This is the controversial cover ....

The 'alternate history' aspects of the book may not appeal to many Alma fans (of which I am one), but taken objectively, it is a fascinating study into the downside of fame.

This is the cover of the later edition ...

This is a lovely picture of Alma ...
