Default Tommy Cooper's farewell appearance

Does anyone have a recording of the Variety Show where Tommy Cooper collapsed and died? It's gone down in history as one of the most talked about TV events because it all happened live on-air, and I guess curiousity compels me to see it just once if anyone has a copy. Thanks.

I cant help you with a copy, I myself would like to watch this again, I watched the original show at the time and saw poor tommy slump to the boards like everyone else at first I thought it was part of the show, but it soon became apparent that something terrible had happened

I know somebody who has this dreadful event on tape. He can't bear to watch it, but neither has he been able to wipe it simply because it's a unique record of poor old Tommy's passing. If you send me your e-mail address to my Hotmail address, I will pass it on to my friend and he can get in touch with you himself.

I remember watching the show that night, and the only thing going through my mind was that the great man was not his usual genius self. Like everyone else, the bit when he passed out,I thought it was part of the act. It was when I went out for a drink, someone told me that Tommy Cooper had died on stage and I just thought,"Yeah,he wasn't that good tonight" (as in,poor performers who do "die" on stage),until it clicked he had literally died.
A great comedian,a one off. In fact 1984 was the year we saw the death of two great comedians,Tommy Cooper and Eric Morecambe.

Please let Tommy rest in peace.

I find the desire to see (and trade) this programme again unhealthy and beyond good taste.
