    Hi,

I am a master’s student at the University of Strathclyde. I am currently researching the consumers’ behaviour in the film industry for my dissertation and I need your help with this! I need your kind participation in a survey that would generally take about 15-20 minutes to complete.

So please click on the link below to access the questionnaire:

    Your participation is greatly appreciated!!!

This is confusingly worded, filmconsumers. Presumably by "Please rate how differences in film's stars
change how desirable they are" you actually mean Please rate how differences in a film's stars
    change how desirable it is
    ?

Even so, it is a little difficult to follow your gist.

I filled it in the way I thought, however.

It also makes a big difference which stars or directors are involved

I agree, I found it a bit challenging to comprehend

Still, I think it is trying to do something interesting. Even if the endless permutations of options later in the survey were quite bewildering. Especially at one in the morning!

    Agreed.

I filled it in the way I thought, however.
So did I - although I had to answer "indifferent" to most of the options.

Far too many of the questions gave me a choice of A&B or C&D when I would have wanted A&D or B&C

I am really sorry for any confusion caused.....but you're doing right filling it in your way...basically you should show your preference in each questions....(like you may prefere a comedy instead of a horror movie...and so on)
Thank you very much anyway I really appreciate your help

I really don't understand the questions, and I'm sure it isn't me being dim. What exactly are you asking? If one would be more likely to see a film if a star or director changed, or if it was a remake or an original story, or depending on the genre?

    Confused!

Sorry too deep for my pensioner's brain. Have you been taking form-al lessons from our Social Services?
