I certainly did'nt mean to take side in this. I think it is all a bit silly but certainly don't want to make a fuss. I thought we were all grown ups but alas .........I also had seen the picture on Maureen's Facebook but certainly for me it did not matter at all. Hope all this will be rapidly forgotten.

Thanks for the friendship, Elaine. Mr Bogarde's films with Joseph Losey and Harold Pinter are some of my favourite Brit movies, particularly The Servant and Accident. Hope you enjoy these film posters for those films.

Hi all,
A few things to know about me. I love b/w British movies, in fact films in general. My favorite actor is Dirk Bogarde followed closely by John Mills, Judi Dench, Helen Mirren and Jack Hedley, also George Baker. The list could go on if I let it. I love music, poetry, books, and history. I enjoying painting watercolours. Seascapes mostly, but I do use pencil, pen and ink and charcoal.
I am an optimistic person, seeing the good in people rather than the reverse.
