Why would anybody not be allowed to receive messages - or is this just a teething problem with the new software:

"*** has chosen not to receive private messages or may not be allowed to receive private messages. Therefore you may not send your message to him/her."

I've had this when trying to send PMs to two people who told me they had films (or access to them) that I was interested in. This makes it hard to get in touch with them. Any thoughts?
