There are two methods of inserting images in your posts; externally and internally.
To use an external internet source. If the image is already online, find its url (link), then on the forum reply toolbar press the ‘Image’ icon.

A box will now pop-up with two options: From Computer and From URL. Choose From URL and paste your link into the box titled url. You may uncheck Retrieve remote file and reference locally if you wish (if checked, this will also store the image on our server). Now press ok.

If the image is stored locally on your computer you’ll need to upload it to a host. A popular choice of the many image hosts is Photobucket – simply create an account and upload the images from your desktop. If you then use the Photobucket IMG Code, the link can be pasted directly into your post.

Another option is to use the Image Uploader at Britmovie. This will insert a clickable thumbnail into your post. Go to the Advanced reply, press the ‘Image’ icon on the reply box toolbar and select ‘From Your Computer’ from the pop-up box.

Then press ‘Select Files’, find the image you wish to upload.

Once uploaded, scroll down the page to 'Manage Attachments'.

You may then select images in the attachments row or drag-and-drop previous images.
