    Although primarily a performer in American productions, Robert Easton's distinctive drawl as Phones Sheridan in Gerry Anderson's STINGRAY made him very much part of my childhood. It is therefore sad to learn of his death, working it seems as an actor and voice coach more or less right up to the end.

    Yes, I'm sad to hear this news too. An amazing career though - he obviously had the most remarkable ear for accents.
