Default Jan Rubes R.I.P.
The Czechoslovakian-born character actor and opera singer has died at the age of 89. Jan made his home in Canada after the Second World War.

He appeared in many films and TV series, but one of his best-known roles is probably as the Amish patriarch in Witness with Harrison Ford.
