Jimmy Forsyth, acclaimed photographer of working-class Newcastle, has died aged 95.
He appeared as a newspaper seller in STORMY MONDAY (1987) dir. Mike Figgis, and lived long enough to see his best work published:
"Jimmy Forsyth: Photographs from the 1950s and 1960s" (2009).

I'm a big fan of photos from "Picture Post".....and love those old Black & White working class/cobbled streets/dirty smoky scenes..........
