    I am taking it easy today, I have Sky + The Cardinal on BBC 2 which I have never seen and will watch later.

    My gym opens at 9am on Bank Holiday Monday, so I can have a lie in, and still have a workout before breakfast.

    Everyone is telling me to take my great age into consideration, so I am listening to them, well for this week anyway!

    I remember writing to James for a photo when I was a kid, and he asked for a small contribution towards a cat charity, it couldn't have been much because I remember getting the photo eventually.

    Yes, very flashy for the 1940's. I remember my first day at work in Battersea Public Library in 1952, I wore a blue tie with the letter R in red, and was informed that I looked like a Spiv, and would I wear something less "loud" in the future.
