That it's ok to look at (I suppose) but that its manufacture is not beyond the 'layman' if shown the relevant techniques.

I don't doubt that most people could make something like that if shown how to do it. But could they create something like that if they knew how to make a bronze but not how to make that particular bronze?

That's the difference between creating and copying
