Over the last year, I am having problems with ordered goods not being delivered. It seems to be mostly dvds I order in the main. I use Amazon, HMV, and Play.com mostly. It has also happened on one occasion on an item I bought on Ebay. Just wondewring if anyone else was experiencing any problems.

I have lost several items and the common denominator appears to be .... The Post Office!
All the sellers I have dealt with have been fantastic in their response to this problem .... the response from The Post Office .... "well we are rather busy at the moment". Bats. |

Well with copies they are of very little absolute value anyway - you are talking 34p for postage and about 25p for DVD. If something I send has gone missing I am happy to send another one by recorded delivery in trades. As for firms, I have only actually had one go missing, which DVDBoxOffice replaced after their 30 day waiting period, and I received one disk from Play which was broken and they replaced that too.

I've not knowingly lost anything in the post - yet.
That said, I do recall two letters that were posted off and never arrived - the third copy went recorded delivery and arrived safely.
