Doesn't exactly suggest you were looking for serious debate.
not all parts of it have been ,and thanks for your input but with hindsight i wouldnt have bothered ! the media seem to have rounded on two pop singers ,one with debatable talent ,and is recording them press the self destruct button for our entertainment ,neither of them seemed to have been simply just a rock star first ,the media cut straight to the chase ! we could have had debate in a light hearted way , i already knew shes a good singer and has come up with the odd catchy tune ,its the daily news of her looking like death warmed up with 200 lenses in her face ,or potty pete climbing out of a clapped out jag outside a magistrates court ,still half cut from the night before ,to face charges of affray with a media scrum behind him that gets on my nerves ,but hey some people like their pop singers face down in a pool of vomit apparently ,so what do i know , each to their own ,gram parsons [ another dead rock star ] sister said in an interview that his way out rock n roll death is more celebrated than his life ! , thats entertainment i suppose !

some people turn up to potty petes " babywipes " gigs to throw drugs at him or needles etc and jeer him to od ,charming ,maybe if amys and petes record cos seen a sharp decrease in their record sales or pop concert tickets sold theyd do something about the state theyre in [ or drop them ] but whilst some people like the face down in the vomit angle and are buying the records they wont ,ive seen john lydon cry in an interview when hes talked about sid vicious and how he feels he should have helped and stopped the downward spiral , cruel business ,even crueller punters seemingly

But the media are doing it for you. And as long as you keep buying newspapers and magazines that feature such articles (or watch TV programs that feature them) then the media will keep on thinking that's what you want to see and will keep on doing it.

So it's all your fault

Again with the childish name-calling

How do you know that's what they do at Babyshambles gigs? Have you been to any? Or do you believe the nonsense they write in the newspapers?

How many are "some people"? One, two, fifty, hundreds?

It's not just the busines that is cruel, the whole attitude of 'they should know better, it's their own stupid fault' etc etc that runs through this thread is equally cruel.
