Default does amy wineshop get on your nerves

amy wineshop and pete doherty get on my nerves when they appear on tv with their "poor me im a tortured artist " routines ,is it a ploy ?did anyone see ronni ancona impersonate her ?where shes sober away from the spotlight and looked and talked more like maureen lipman ,at least tommy doherty is away in prison for a few months so i dont have to endure his cut price keith richards routine every other day on the news ,at least people like keith put in some amazing work before pressing the self destruct button [ exile on main street for example ] ,i havent heard a pop record doherty has played on

Her behaviour gets on my nerves - but her singing is brilliant.

She is a fantastic talent, though being wasted by her excesses, Im sure we can all see where this is going sadly.

It seems like her every move is documented on the front pages of the papers and on the radio news, like we are all intensely interested! "Amy drunk....Amy under the influence....Amy this ....Amy that....etc etc" That gets on my nerves because I have no interest in reading or hearing about the antics of a pop star. Apparently she has a drug problem, thats a shame and I hope she recovers from it, but why is it on the news every two minutes? Its all beyond me. Amy Winehouse doesn't annoy me but the way her life is paraded by the press and radio news for our entertainment does.

To be very polite, I only wish these extremely thin ladies - Victoria Beckham etc - would stop wearing mini skirts

I'll never forget a few months ago watching BBC 1 news one morning the male newscaster inadvertantly (or maybe not) call her Amy Wineglass. I genuinely think it was a slip of the tongue the way the studio staff fell about.

Don't get me wrong Donna! I definitely lean one way only but I must confess that McEnroe looked good in the old tennis shorts but the males of today in these 'plonker shorts' that seem popular down to the knees look absolutely ludicrous

Amy Winehouse is so good at what she does (both the singing and being out of it)that I can excuse her pretty much anything...

Amy is a great singer but a troubled young woman. She needs someone to help her take control of her life otherwise it might end very suddenly.
