I thought I had started this one yesterday, but I can't find it. So I will start again (forgive me if it is on the site).
The car park used in Michael Caine's seminal thriller,Get Carter,is to be demolished for a shopping centre. The scene where Caine throws Bryan Mosley over the side, has become one of the iconic moments in British film history, along with its ending at Blackhall beach. I think it has been on the cards for a while as Sly Stallone was putting his name forward as a "friend" of the car park to keep it,and this was before his ill fated remake was made. If you're not sure where you left a message you can always list all the messages you've posted Click on where it says "Welcome <your name>" up in the top right hand corner of most pages. Scroll down until you see a section offering Visitor Messages | About Me | Statistics | Friends | Contact Info Click on Statistics and that offers a link to "Find all posts by <your name>" Well that's how I do it when I forget where I've left something Steve |
