The same lawyer represented the C list celeb and 90s model "Caprice" a year or so ago after she was caught driving along the Kings Road 2 or 3 times over the drink drive limit, thankfully there was no legal loophole to exploit and she was banned from driving with a hefty fine and costs. I think the message Mr Flintoff is sending to the public is that: I will drive as fast as I damn well please regardless of the speed limit and use my financial resources to hire a clever lawyer to get me off!

you can pay a subscription /insurance policy to that firm of solcitors in case you ever need them for the evil crimes of speeding ,parking on a yellow line ,having a partially obscured tax disc , the kind of stuff the police proritise these days .not sure of exact costs but i dont think theyre the preserve of the rich .in fact i wish a lot more people would question and argue back against such prosecutions
