Thanks chaps .... his temperature is a bit high, he has a sore throat and aching arms and legs. He's a bit brighter than he was this morning so fingers crossed a good night's sleep will help. We are going to keep him at home again tomorrow (it's the school sports day).
I wish I had claws.

Glad to read the Boy Wonder is getting better Bats, though I guess he's a tad disappointed he's missed Sport's day.......

It always does me. Although it does also make temperatures rise, throats get dry, arms ache....

I just had to turn the air conditioner on. Here in the Valley of the Sun (Phoenix, Arizona) the humidity is up--way up. As a 'desert rat,' I don't mind the heat so much--it's the humidity, as we are inclined to say around here. Most people stay indoors, out of the heat.

A very nice day in the sun for The Boy Wonder and me. The first bit comprised of some fruit-picking (strawberries, raspberries and blackberries) and a trip to the beautiful Fairhaven Water Gardens followed by a boat trip on The Broads. Marvellous, lifecouldn't get much better than today.
I wish I had claws.
