Thank you.

I've even managed to eat some cool natural yogurt.

The town where I grew up, although later my parents bought their first house 3 miles further down the coast at the now very trendy village of Weybourne. It was great in Sheringham because the primary school used to be walking distance from the beach, the whole main town is walking distance from the beach, and The North Sea in the good weather was an excellent place to learn to swim properly and have hours of fun fighting the currents.

I haven't been back since 2003 and the weather that August was absolutely roasting, and the sea was so warm it was unbelievable.

I wouldn't go back to live there mainly because I love where I live now, but I do get homesick for the place and get the urge to drive up there for a weekend now and again.

I had something similar last week when I came out of hospital, my system siezed up on me and I was feeling very low. I drank a pot of Chinese green tea and immediately felt the blood coarsing through my veins again and felt a lot better. Apparently it gets rid of toxins in the body and it seemed to work for me, and although hospitals aren't exactly nice places the one I went into was just bloody awful, and it was private and paid for by me.

I'm feeling a lot better today. I've had plenty of sleep and have eaten natural yogurt augmented with some light mushroom soup.

Glad to hear it, EHV Emmetts.......take it easy, drinking plenty of water will help prevent any dehydration

It feels like Sunday here today. It is raining, there is nothing on apart from the Eistedfodd and it is raining and I don't want to go, anyway. Either that or Chitty Chitty bang bang and I haven't summoned up the necessary will to go and see that (hated the film - deep aversion). It is raining the sort of rain that drenches you the minute you go out of the house. My best mate is camping (oh dear).

I would quite like to read my paper and eat salt and vinegar spirals in peace.

My ex has just said the most hilarious thing though (well I thought it was hilarious)

Daughter: Why don't you want to play Super mario on the Wii with me?

Him: Because I dislike it's stereotypical italienate interface.

She had no answer to that!
He's still playing it though.

Dreary, cold, miserable weather could stop TBW plunging naked into the sea at West Runton (remember that name from the 70s you heavy rock fans?). Once the weather dried up we enjoyed a picnic on top of the cliffs and TBW played with his new wind up crab. A very enjoyable day for the three of us prior to me being left alone in the house for 4 days while they go off visiting relatives.

A totally miserable day. It's been dark and almost non-stop heavy rain for about the last 36 hours. I was going to do some pottering about in the garden but that went for a burden.

I'm fed up.
I am slap bang in the middle of the holidays. Everybody is off somewhere interesting and I can't go anywhere for over a week.
After a bit of tweaking the business idea is actually starting to work - but now I have no time to get on to do it.

I'm an idiot, generally, I have discovered.

There are no nice biscuits in the house, it keeps raining and there is a troll on here.

Plus, there is the garden and no flat in London yet and I thought there would be.
