Default Room Fluffy - Britmovie style

As a counter to the "room 101 britmovie style" thread I thought I'd propose a "Room Fluffy" for the nice things in the world.

When Stephen Fry was on Room 101, the last thing he proposed putting into Room 101 was Room 101 itself. He said this was because he didn't like the negative thoughts, to say nothing of the outright hatred and bile it released.

Paul Merton realised that this was the end of Room 101. If he put Room 101 into Room 101 then it'd disappear. But if he didn't put it in the Stephen would have to take it home with him

But while they were discussing it Paul asked Stephen what he'd like to see in it's place and Stephen suggested a way to celebrate all the nice and lovely things in the world which they decided should be called Room Fluffy

Stephen proposed quite a few good things that should be cherished and celebrated. Top of the list of course was Radio 4, with a special annex for The Archers. I remember he also nominated Kathy Burke.

But I'd add a nomination for Stephen himself.

And also for all the things that are unnecessary but are wonderful.
Like rainbows, the laughter of children, the smell of fresh baked bread.

What would you like to put into Room Fluffy?

Steve

I've never understood the excitement about the smell of new-baked bread. I bake my own (it's dead easy and very nice) but my kitchen doesn't smell like supermarket bakery which makes me a little suspicious of what Sainsburys are pumping out at 8.pm when they're trying to convince people their bakers are still working

You obviously use dried yeast which bears no resemblence to fresh yeast either in the way it works or the bread quality - and it will not fill the kitchen with that wonderful smell of freshly baked bread either; in fact, dried yeast gives off a rather bitter odour. All bakers use fresh yeast which is why you get that wonderful smell from bakeries.
All of my neighbours certainly know when I'm baking bread!

Sometimes I think I would love to be Mediterranean and have a daily siesta. Followed by a three hour meal!

I am sure you could sneak in a siesta while at work ..... just hide behind some shelves, no one would notice.

It's not strictly necessary for them to wear such clothes .... that why it's so nice when they do. Then we can cherish and celebrate them.
