Poor chap ... cheers davidb.

A similar thing happened to the US actor Christopher George. While filming the series The Rat Patrol his jeep over-turned and crushed his chest causing damage to his heart. A few years later he died from a massive heart attack as a direct result of that accident.

Robert Shaw's family suggested that his heart attack was caused by all the running he did in Black Sunday while unwell.

on the subject of that doctors series ,barry evans died in strange circumstances ,murder was hinted at if i remember right ?

Dorothy Daindridge's death is usually listed as an overdose but there is some speculation that the real cause of death was a fat embolism. She had tripped the day before her death and broken a little toe which allegedly released the embolism into her bloodstream. I remember there was some criticism of the coroner for not investigating as thoroughly as he could have.
