Oh great pics!

I think these guys were probably merely exemplary of the pursuit..more the 'Chas and Dave' of the craft, perhaps, rather than the 'Jimi Hendrix' end of the spectrum..which is probably why they were quite happy to come forward and make a few bob..

Their crop circle was rubbish. But, even so, it confounded a few theories..that you couldn't possibly 'make one in the dark', 'in a short space of time', 'with such definition' etc.

Previously, people had been saying it was 'impossible'.

They are lovely, though..I'm going to show the kids.

I bet there is a secret 'network' of people who make these - exciting! I'd like to do it.

there is a scene in the low budget Brit flick Evil Aliens in which a UFO researcher working on a tv documentary looks out of his bedroom window at night and sees the 1st AD making crop circles!

Beautiful crop circles Modestyblaise!.......that reiterates my point about how 'perfect' these designs are, people doing them by guess work with no knowledge of how they look from above, I certainly take my hat off to those who spend their time and effort making them!

Most of the man made circles have broken corn stems.
In the unexplained circles the corn stems are only bent - not broken.

It depends on who makes them. As Modesty put it above, if they're made by the Chas & Dave of crop circle makers or if they're made by the Jimi Hendrix of crop circle makers
