Seems to be a spate of UFO sightings in the UK recently.
Maybe the aliens enjoy the British summer.

Crop circles.......there's an interesting point, I guess living in Devon you've seen a few Villageman?!!

I've not seen the Mel Gibson Movie where Crop circles are the theme, maybe I ought, when I've seen pics of crop circles they seem so 'perfect' I'm in two minds whether they are created by Humans or not

Anyone know anything about this phenomenon?

Crop circles have been observed/reported all over the uk,some appear
to of been faked but many have been unexplained and have appeared
without any reason but you have to admit their amazing designs are often
complex and intricate and could just aswell be the signature of aliens.

In the case of UFOS these also have been making appearances for as long as man has been in existence and have been recorded since time began.
I can recommend watching 'Communion' should anyone be interested.

These type of stories don't usually appear until the "silly season" starts in August - they're a couple of months early with this one.

Don't forget,UFO means "unidentified flying object" and the so-called "ufos" just could be anything that is in the air and unidentifiable.

Do you mean 'Signs?'. It was entertaining, but fantasy based and the conclusion was not something that fits in with my philosophy..but without taking too much notice of any 'message' - it kept things crackling along throughout and I did remain intrigued.

Crop circles - simply because, as a child, I was an Arthur C. Clark fan (I'm not really into this stuff now) I remember it being proven, beyond reasonable doubt, that they were mostly hoax's..a kind of tradition handed down by some country folk and two of the people involved in this practise in the UK came out of hiding to create one in front of the cameras.

I doubt any of them are of a supernatural or other worldly nature.

A "Star Trek Federation" of alien civilizations might assign its doctoral students to various backwater planets, like Earth.

"Now that the semester is over, and I've finished that boring course in 'Primitive Earth Sociology', lets get hammered on blood wine, borrow a couple of short-range saucers, and buzz the lifeforms on the planet! Should be good for a few laughs!"
