Another very interesting looking website I was totally unaware of, thank you for the link Rob!

As for 'Meat consumption' looks like most of us will end up on the Veggie route eventually if the price of a joint of Silverside at my local Supermarket is anything to go by, over £11 for a fairly small sized one.......flippin' eck!

My mate is a butcher,and we get reasonable joints of beef and steaks from him. Whenever my brother is up here from Hampshire,we order some joints of pork,beef and gammon for him and they tend to last a long time.
