Default Hamilton stripped of F1 win

I'm not particularly a fan of Lewis Hamilton but I'm starting to get peeved off with the FIA's victimisation of McLaren and race winners being decided by the stewards after the cars have crossed the line. His move today was hard but fair and the public do actually want to see more overtaking manouvres.

I find F1 rather a bore but by chance caught the final four laps, which were tremendously exciting. The overturning of the result is a disgrace and it does seem odd how McLaren seem to be on the end of decisions like this. Lewis Hamilton is a great driver and seems a pleasant young man, and must be getting thoroughly disenchanted I would think

Default Driving me mad

Enraging. Again.
It has become obvious that Hamilton has to beat all the other drivers and the increasingly incompetent FIA to lift the crown of World Champion.
If he does win the championship it will be a magnificent achievement. I hope this kind of fiasco rather than crush his resolve, just ends up makes him more "driven" going forward.
Sorry about the pun - couldn't resist!

I couldn't see how Hamilton could avoid going off at the chicane. He was pushed off the track.

I believe McLaren will protest the decision.

Bit like a Michael Caine classic, rather than 'Get Carter' it's 'Get McLaren'.............

Does the 'F' in 'F1' stand for Ferrari..............?

I suppose if Lewis had not taken advantage and sneaked in front of his opponent he would not have been so badly treated? Or would he have been pilloried for not trying to do so? The 'sport' has known deliberate driving into someone else before. If you feel that someone is about to smash into you and wipe you off, you take action! Those cars costs mega-bucks and the sponsors want finishers not wrecks!

Surely the whole point of a run-off area is so drivers can make errors or be squeezed off the track without shunting into a wall. Imho Raikkonen took the correct defensive line into the final corner, Hamilton then allowed him to get a cars length ahead down the start/finish straight, but for some unfathomable reason Kimi went wide into turn 1 and allowed Hamilton down the inside.

I think members of the FIA must drive complimentary Ferrari road cars to the office, as Harleybloke so aptly puts it "F" in F1 stands for Ferrari. The decision to relegate Hamilton is an absolute disgrace, he won the race and thats all there is to it. The FIA have reduced the competition to a political farce, and yes, I think they are out to get McLaren and promote Ferrari in any way they can.

Question mclaren

This comes as no surprise. B.E is a ferrari man and if you think back to last season Hamilton was clear in the championship and lost it.
I ask was it under orders from B.E as the way it was lost stunk of being fixed. How can a car develop and engine problem which then clears up only for the race to have been lost at that stage.Something stinks.
