Alas even at Blue Square Premier level (that's Conference to the rest of us) the dreaded influence of TV is rearing its ugly head. Santana Sports are changing kick off times and not giving much notice either, next Sunday I have to make it to Aldershot for a KO at 19:15 hrs on Sunday!!
It'll bring crowds flocking in Harbs................it not just about viewing figures or filling slots in the schedule.

Tell me where you'll be sitting/standing and I'll keep an eye out for you in the crowd.

Cheers mate

Shall I wear a pink hat? I have a seat in the back row roughly in the middle of the stand facing the camera's, just in front of the "hospitality" box. We don't have executives in Aldershot

No need to go that far.
Just wear a sunflower in your lapel.

A horror show from The Arse at ManUSA in the cup .... but an even worse result for Ricky's Boys against Barnsley!

What a strange quarter final line up ....

Chelski
ManUSA
Bristol Rovers
West Brom
Barnsley
Cardiff

plus Sheff Utd/Middlesbrough/Portsmouth/Preston

If they can avoid each other in the draw, who's gonna bet against another Chelski/ManUSA final. My tip outside those two ... Pompey!

I'm so glad that Liverpool have been knocked out of the cup by a team from a lower league. Alan Hansen & Peter Beardsley haven't had anything to really moan about since Liverpool were beaten by no-hopers Wimbledon in the 1988 FA Cup final.

And they do both enjoy a good moan

Where does Beardsley do all this moaning .... I haven't seen or heard him on anything for ages. I'd like to hear him moan.

Phil Thompson's face on Sky Sports News when Barnsley scored was a picture, Matt le Tissier (not the best of friends with Thompson I gather) nearly pissed himself!

As you know, I'm not a footie fan so I don't know what they're up to recently. But whenever I've seen either of them on t'telly they've been moaning. That's why it was such a joy when Wimbledon did upset all the punters by winning the cup in '88. Especially with Hansen & Beardsley in the losing team

They always talk about the "magic of the cup" where anything can happen. But if anything does happen that's not on their script of having the two top teams in the final then they start moaning again.

One Scot & one Georgie, both of whom have spent a long time in Liverpool. Is it any wonder they moan a lot?

To your credit DB7 you have posted after what can only be described as a nightmare result for your team, and strangely enough my reaction to the result ( and I was listening to Garth Crooks bemoan the denial of a stonewall penalty claim when the winner went in ) was one of shock , and believe me I didn't dance with glee at Liverpools exit .
I actually like Rafa as a manager ,but I feel his destiny is to win more titles in Spain, even though he is totally commited to Liverpool .

Could le Tissiers reaction be anything to do with the fact that his team were dumped " unceremoniously " out of the cup by lower league opposition ?
