I bet Steve Crook is a football fan today.

The Taffy's have made it into the FA Cup Final.

Also watched Middlesborough v. Man U. last night and it was a great game.
End to end action in the driving snow.
Boro nearly pinched it but a draw was a fair result.
I bet the Chelski and Gooner fans were heartily cheering on Southgate's men.

It promises to be an excellent last few weeks of the Premiership.

Dave.

Steve is not a fervent football watcher, but is a committed supporter of Llanfairpwllgwyngyllgogerychwyrndrobwll-llantysiliogogogoch Ladies FC.
Indeed, you will find the name engraved on his heart.
As you might suspect, he is a very big-hearted fellow.

I'd need a big heart to have that written on it

That eases my years of Michael Thomas pain just a little.

I'm really nervous now, Chelsea aren't going to be easy but it opens up the possibility of my nightmare scenario... losing to Utd in a European final. (beating them would top a night of hot love with Ms Alba whilst driving an FI Ferrari round Spa with Lennon and McCartney sitting on the side pods singing)

Don't worry about losing to Utd in the final .... it's gonna be third time lucky for Avram's boys!

ps - wouldn't it be a bit dangerous sharing hot love with Jessica Alba while driving a Ferrari? Your big end might fall off!

I'm a Chelsea supporter (of sorts), Chels should beat Wigan and if Arsenal can pick themselves up and beat Utd I'll be celebrating again.

What a fantastic match between Liverpool and Arsenal last night.
Brilliant action in what was a classic game.
Walcott's weaving run that led to Arsenal's second goal reminded me of Michael Owen's famous goal against Argentina.

You just cannot deny Liverpool's European pedigree. They are an incredible team in the Champions League and they can never be ruled out from getting a result.

Meanwhile Chelsea are the quiet achievers. Although not playing with any great style they have now gone undefeated in their last 64 games at home. That is simply outstanding.

Dave.

I felt sorry for the Gunners last night.
Their brand of football, like United's remains the most aesthetically pleasing to the eye, and I thought their 84th. minute goal sealed it for them.
Liverpool, though a tad fortunate with the penalty decision, looked overall the stronger side.
Chelsea are resilient so the semi is a difficult one to call.
Originally I fancied Chelsea for the final, but now I simply can't see them stopping Scouse from reaching their third final in four years.
Congratulations then.
I won't be asking any of the ABU brigade to cheer United on tonight, but I expect them to go through and meet Barca in the other semi.
United vs Liverpool.......probably.

I'd just like to say what a disappointment Blackpool FC is. 1-0 up v The Baggies with 10 mins to go, then let in 3 goals in 10 mins. Rubbish!

Bet they don't do that to us last game of the season....................

.....You couldn't hear it, if they were shooting at me with howitzers!

Yeah you could say that, watching that penalty decision over n over and I still can not see how that was given tbh,Liverpool were damn lucky to get through imo.

I do not support either team so can not be called bias to either.

There's a lot of dignity in that, isn't there? Going out like a raspberry ripple.
