I reckon we'll see a few handbags flying around at some point. I hope Avram lets them off the leash and plays this team against both The Jolly Scousers and ManUSA (injuries and suspensions permitting) .....

Cech/Ferrera/Terry/Carvalho/Bridge/Essien/Ballack/Lampard/JCole/Drogba/Anelka

subs:Hilario/Makelele/Belleti/Shevchenko/Malouda

That team will give anyone a game.

Yes that team looks good, I think Cole A will play though and Essien is suspended for the first CL tie at Anfield, even so I think Makelele will play all three of the next big three matches with Essien going back to right back after his suspension. I hope like you have said we go with both Anelka and Drogba at some point.

Oh and yes I am a Chelsea fan just like Dickie Attenborough

I can't understand the preference for Cashley over Bridge. Cole is not the player he was but Bridge is always reliable. I forgot about the Essien suspension ... big loss.

I just read online that Steven Gerrard may miss Tuesday's CL semi-final with Chelski with a neck injury.

That might make up for us missing Essien..... I do hope SG makes it though - not!

can there be two more odious characters that Terry & Cashley Cole. ?Terry is a great player,without doubt, but what a loathsome individual. Sometimes I am so happy being a Fulham fan. The football is crap, the results are crap, but what a team , the oldest London team in the league, and the friendliest
