I will take that scenario .... a bird in the hand and all that. Apart from that Heskey goal we don't let too many in during the the latter stages of games.

I have a feeling this one will be very close.

Is the Chelsea Vs Liverpool match on live ITV1,ITV2 or Sky .....anyone know ?

I can not find any listings at all for this live match.

There's a lot of dignity in that, isn't there? Going out like a raspberry ripple.

Sky Sports 2 from 7 PM, if you can stand the vitriolic referee-obsessed Andy Gray.....

My pleasure, old bean.
There are so many channels now that show soccer that it can take a while to track down which channel is showing a game.
Do any of the soccer heads out there know of a web-site that has a guide page on this?
Would be useful....

An all England final. Well there's a first.

It might be nice to see Chelski win, it's been many a year.

Hi Lord Ted,
Would be nicer again to see the Cup return to it's rightful home - Anfield!
Bats is so optimistic I know he'd get over the loss easier than I would, so it's just better that way!

If Chelski don't get through I can take it, I have had plenty of practice ... and I am not one to crow and gloat if we do get to the final. I hope you remember that and if the Scousers win don't go too overboard on the piss-taking.

Liverpool have a very bad record for scoring at The Bridge and I can't see it changing. It's time now for a London club to take the mantle of Europes finest, I thought it might be, dare I say it, The Gooners, but that fell by the wayside, one day in my dreams, watch Orpheum come in with a few comments, that it might be Spurs, but they don't spend the money my boy.

I would love Chelski win it this year as it's thoroughly deserved for all the heartaches over the last two years. I would not like them to feel how Don Revie's Leeds team felt all those years ago. No team desreves that.

Time for a change. I feel this is their year. Northern clubs have had more than their share of glory, how about a London side for a change? I am a Spurs supporter and would love to see them do something big again, but I will probably be 6 feet under when that happens again. So now it's time for an Arsenal or Chelski to come through to show that London is a strength at European football.
