Poor old Luton Town must be very close to dropping out of the league.
Having to start the season with the FA penalty of -30 points probably means they'll be relegated before they even start the new season.

I`m sure he was actually offered the Chelsea job once Bats , a long time ago when manager of Notts County; not sure of his reasons for turning it down though.

So I'd like to see Boro go bust as they serve no purpose.
Ditto I have really missed playing Leeds ( and more importantly beating them ) and Boro just seem to have this annoying quality of hanging around .
United and Liverpool have an almost Symbiotic relationship ,we always look forward to our encounters possibly more than our local derbies

A 30 point deduction seems a bit steep to me, as it seems like certain relegation. Is there a precedent for this kind of deduction ?

Leeds were deducted 15 points last season and it cost them automatic promotion from League 1.

I don't really know .... however it seems the new owners 'fessed up up to all the charges and were still dealt with severely. It does seem a bit harsh to make the 'new' club pay for the sins of the 'old' club.

I agree with you Batman, but feel at the end of the day it's the Lutonfans who will pay.
