A mediocre Liverpool scrape a win due to 8 lucky goals while Chelski give an outstanding performance to secure a vital point. Is there no justice?

Bats.

Scousers? 8-0? Bah! Humbug!

Maybe if we pull off the impossible and get through, we'll meet in the knockout stages.

I didn't make the selection .... so don't shoot me I'm just the messenger!

My favourite was that guy at Reading.

Bassett has recently been installed as #2 to Dennis Wise at Leeds.

We were terrified at Watford that when the team ran out he'd sell 'em as a job lot!

I think we were 9th or something the previous season and under Bassett relagation by the end of the seaon. What a complete tosser he was.

He broke up a good team and it took years for us to recover.

Hi Harley,

Latest reports say that the Phillips injury may not be as bad as first thought.
Seems the Baggies had a very dodgy referee in their match versus the Owls.
The ref must have had a wager against Albion winning because he gave all the decisions in Wednesday's favour. Many journalists and fans are saying that he was a disgrace to football.
Still, we should catch Watford......eventually.

What do you think of your clubs purchase of "Duke" Ellington? How is he performing for the club?

Cheers

Dave.

Personally I'm disappointed with 'Duke' for that money I'd expect he could at least play some jazz to mellow us out.............

The Watford Observer says today that if Watford continue to pull clear, Aidy will buy several players in Jan to bed them in early for the Premiership. He'd do better with blockboard to nail across the goal if we go up..........

I've been invited to the WBA away game in April by a supplier, taking my 17 year old daughter, she's Watford mad and enjoying life hugely, her brother is a Spurs fan, turned to the dark side of the force by a dodgy uncle years ago........

We stole Terry Neill off Spurs so that was fair game.He did a lot more for us than them.As for George well that has to be the most controversial North London appointment ever.Spurs would only refer to him as "The Man In The Raincoat".They refused to chant his name. The Spurs board found a lame excuse to sack him.In any event when he became Spurs manager he was past his sell by date.

We lost out on a 15-year-old kid from Burnley today, John Cofie. The Mancs offered him (or his parents) a house!
