Best of luck on your annual worthy trek Marky. If we all just do or give a little bit we can wipeout this bastard disease that in all it's forms takes to many of our friends and loveones every year.

Hope the weather is as kind to you as it was to me and that you raise lots of cash.

Quite envious of you as it must be 20 years since I did the Coast-to-Coast. Must admit I prefer east-west but perfectly understandable why west-east would be your choice regardless of the prevailing wind.

Many thanks for your support - I have a photoshoot in the morning with the Hartlepool Mail and then I am leaving Billingham at 11.00am for St Bee's. See you all in a fortnight - byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
