I liked that idea of a British Theatre sub-topic that was posted a little while ago:

I just posted a thread announcing the DVD release of "Telstar" on Sept 21. The play was incredibly good (especially thanks to Con O'Neill's "possessed" performance) but I haven't seen the film. I barely recall the "Major Banks" character that Kevin Spacey plays. Has the role been pumped up?



Who's seen the film and how does it compare to the play? I have to guess they've moved it out and about to stop it from looking like a photographed stage play. How about Kevin Spacey's part? I'm a fan of his but how does he fit into this story?
