    Just noticed on Amazon that a new biography of Sir Johnnie is due in April.

    Jonathan Croall's book on Sybil Thorndike was a fascinating read , I would recommend that to anybody. I'll be looking forward to this one.

    He's a Proper Theatre Historian - writes a lot of stuff for the National Theatre.
